September is a funny month. Technically spring, sometimes summer, occasionally still requiring a jacket after 4pm. Difficult to dress for. Very easy to drink for.
So, we're declaring it Spritz-ember.
Every Saturday and Sunday throughout September, spritzes are $13 from 12pm-5pm. Five very civilised hours dedicated to bubbles, ice, citrus and the firm belief that one spritz before lunch is simply good planning.
Come for lunch. Stay for another. Suddenly it's 5pm and you've made a day of it. These things happen.
